Condolence & Memory Journal

My heart goes out to you. I cannot tell you how bad I feel and to add another name to the deceased list. I know we all must go, but it is still so hard to lose a loved one. Marie is now free of disease and pain. She went through so much and fought a good fight. Her determination and the will to live was remarkable. Marie was fortunate to have such loving sisters and brothers in her life and she told me that everytime I talked to her. One consolation to me is that I truly believe she is reunited with John and they are having a wonderful time together.
I have fond memories of growing up and spending time with her and Dad. The summers that Shirley and I spent in San Antonio were so much fun. I remember to this day when I was about twelve Marie made me a red knit dress with these big white ruffles going down the front. I thought that was the prettiest dress and it probably was for that time period. The times also at Shalimar and Titusville as I got older are wonderful memories. I will think of her often and know that we will meet again.
